Preferred Home Inspections was established in 2008 after I, Dan Eskew, fulfilled my dream by going from Contractor to Investor to Home Inspector. I began working for my father’s tile business in 1984 and went on to open a tile contractor business of my own. Of course, I always hired Home Inspectors to examine each and every property I bought and sold. From the first of them to the last, it was clear to me that I should become a Home Inspector myself–because I knew I could do a better job. In fact, I wish I could serve everyone buying or selling a house! I studied at an Allied school, passed the inspection training exams, and became an InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector so that I could provide the kind of service I know you deserve.
